Total numbers include seated and standing guests together. Hiring both spaces does not add their capacities together. Wedding packages have their own daytime and evening limits, shown in the planner. Overnight numbers depend on your accommodation selection.
The right tariff. Clear inclusions.
Different gathering types have their own tariffs. Choose your occasion first so the planner shows the relevant hire options, then compare the spaces, duration, support and inclusions for your plans.
Your itemised proposal will set out the spaces and hire hours, setup and takedown access, equipment and support, accommodation, catering and any experiences. Only the items listed as included belong to your package; requested extras are identified separately.
For example, a cottage booking does not automatically include a private dining space. Some wedding packages include accommodation, while others require it to be booked in addition. The planner explains these differences before you send an enquiry.
