Football goals and rugby posts make space for a relaxed kickabout with family or friends. We have balls available, and you’re welcome to bring your own too.
Wild swimming
Our wild-swimming spot is the Invisible Pond, around a 20-minute walk from Patty’s Barn. Ask your hosts about current conditions, access and the guest guidance before planning a swim.
This is a natural outdoor swimming spot, separate from the bookable cold tub.

Our little allotment
Pick a few fresh herbs to bring a little of Patty’s into your cooking. Guests are welcome to help themselves to herbs when available; please ask us before picking any vegetables.
Meet Robyn
A few feathered neighbours add to life around Patty’s Barn. Robyn is one of our free-roaming hens—you might spot her during your stay.

A little gym
Weights, benches, a rowing machine and an exercise bike for guests who like to stay active.
Ages 16+ only. Guests aged 16–18 must be accompanied by an adult. Read the rules at the entrance before use.
The tuck shop
A little something for your stay: sweets, drinks, snacks, frozen meals and ice cream. You’ll find the tuck shop inside the games room—help yourself and pay for what you take.
