TIDES
We're located directly on the sea wall at Patty's Barn and with the tides coming and going twice daily, you'll experience the beauty of our ever-changing landscape.

It happens rarely but sometimes our road gets cut off when the tide is at its highest.

Please check out the tide times below. Anything above 6.5m we would class as one of the higher tides where the water may come across the road, however, wind and air pressure will determine this.

Either way, it's one of our favourite things about our location and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Watch our coastline change throughout the day and across the seasons. This is the unbroken horizon view you can expect to see from your cottages. The tides often come all the way up to the cottages covering the marshland you typically see here, you'll also see plenty of salt marsh lamb grazing and you'll almost always get the chance to enjoy our breathtaking sunsets.
